How long does it take to complete a Patch order?

Seasonal Busy Time (Oct – Jan) – Due to the high volume of sales during the winter months, Patch completion time is approximately 4-6 weeks. Patch orders placed other times of the year typically take 3-4 weeks to complete. Average is 20 work days (m-f).

Yes, we accept pre approved Purchase Orders from schools and institutions.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

UPS transportation is used for all of our products. In the order process you can choose the shipping method you prefer and at the same time calculate a quote for the cost and time in transit. All shipments are sent from Albuquerque, New Mexico. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

If you would like to ship to another address other than your own, you may do so during the checkout process. When you enter your order you will be asked for a “Ship To” address. This is the address where your order will ship too. 

Returns

All goods and products are custom made per buyers order. Incorrect ordering of size, options, color choice, patch wording, patch placement, etc. made by the buyer are not the responsibility of Academy Team Sales. Unless error is Academy Team Sales fault, the order cannot be returned. Shipping, delivery or quality claims must be made within 10 days after receipt of merchandise.

No merchandise may be returned without a valid Return Authorization Number. In order to obtain an authorization for return, please submit request via email to ad***@***********op.com. Any merchandise received without a valid Return Authorization Number will be refused and sent back to the customer at their expense.
